What is the return policy?
I do not accept returns nor do I give full refunds, however, I will provide a discount for an item if needed.
What type of yarn do you use? I have sensitive skin.
All items from Faye are made from 100% acrylic yarn unless specified otherwise. Customers with allergies to animal based yarn (e.g. wool) have safer options when choosing Faye.
How do I request a commission/ custom order?

How long until I get my order?
Most orders take around 2-6 weeks to create. Larger orders will take longer to produce! The total volume of orders from all customers will also impact how quickly you receive your order because it’s handmade by one person.
